1. Introduction

2. Scope of Services

BookkeeperlyMax provides bookkeeping and accounting services, including record maintenance, report preparation, and advisory sessions related to recordkeeping. Details of each engagement are outlined in the corresponding service agreement.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, templates, and online courses. Access to digital materials is granted upon full payment.

4. Goods

Physical products include ledgers, printed guides, and stationery items. All goods are shipped as described on the site.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are due prior to commencement of any service or shipment of any product. BookkeeperlyMax accepts major payment methods as specified on the website.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing ongoing services if no report or session has been delivered. After any deliverable or session has been provided, no refund is offered given the customized nature of our work. Clients may request to reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours notice. Approval for a refund or schedule change is at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation.

6.2 Info Products

Digital guides and online courses may be refunded within 14 days of access if less than 20% of the content has been viewed. To request, please contact us. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. Shipping costs for sending goods back are the responsibility of the client. A processing fee of 10% applies to approved shipments. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule service appointments with at least 48 hours notice. BookkeeperlyMax will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookkeeperlyMax’s total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the related service or product.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on bookkeeperlymax.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
